How does Caroura work?
Caroura builds your resume in the browser: pick a template, fill in your details, and the preview updates as you type. manual editing and custom sections never use tokens. Your content is in the sections panel; the AI tools sit in the tools panel. Open a resume from your dashboard to start.
What do the plans include?
Caroura has Free, Pro, Pro Plus, and Ultra. Free starts you with 10 one-time tokens; monthly tokens on the paid plans are 250, 750 and 2,500. Paid plans bill monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. Compare them on the pricing page.
What are tokens?
Tokens pay for the AI tools, and nothing else. Free includes 10 tokens once — a one-time grant that never refills; monthly allowances are Pro 250, Pro Plus 750 and Ultra 2,500; manual editing and custom sections cost none. Your balance is on the wallet card in settings. Open settings to see what's left.
What does the ATS check do?
The ATS check reads your resume for structure, keywords and writing quality, then lists what to fix. One run costs 2 tokens. It's the ATS tab in the editor's tools panel. Open a resume and run the check there.
How do I edit my resume?
Pick a section and edit it; the preview follows as you type. Manual Edit moves and arranges content for no tokens; AI rewrites cost tokens, starting at 1. Sections are in the sections panel; notes and properties are in the tools panel. Open a resume and pick the section you want.
Can I change the template?
There are 45 templates. Modern and Classic are free on every plan; the other 43 need a paid plan. Switching carries your content over. Browse them from the templates page.
Can I bring in a resume I already have?
You can import from a PDF or from LinkedIn, and Caroura turns it into an editable resume. A PDF import costs 3 tokens; LinkedIn costs 3. Import lives in the import tab of the tools panel. Open the import tab and upload your file.
How do I download my resume?
You can export as PDF, DOCX, TXT, and JSON. Downloads are free on paid plans; on Free they cost tokens, 1 per file. PDF for applications, because it renders the same everywhere; DOCX when an employer asks for something editable. Export is in the editor toolbar. Open your resume and pick a format.
How do I cancel my subscription?
A subscription you bought yourself can be cancelled while it's active. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and you can resume it until that period ends. Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account. Cancellation is on the subscription card in settings. Open settings to cancel.
How do I delete my account?
Deleting your account removes your resumes and your account data for good. It's a different action from cancelling a subscription, and it can't be undone. It's the danger zone at the end of settings. Open settings to do it yourself, or say the word and I'll pass the request to a representative.
Why was I signed out?
Caroura signs you out after 60 minutes without real activity — clicks, keys, touch, scrolling or typing. It's deliberate, it applies across all your tabs, and time your computer spent asleep counts. Sign in again; your edits were saved as you made them.
I can't sign in.
Sign-in trouble is usually one of three: the 60-minute idle sign-out, a password that needs resetting, or a LinkedIn sign-in that didn't finish. Reset your password from the sign-in page, then try once more.
How much does Caroura cost?
Pro is ₪29 a month or ₪261 a year. Pro Plus is ₪39 or ₪351. Ultra is ₪89 or ₪801. Yearly saves 25%, and Free stays free. Pick one on the pricing page.
Do my tokens expire?
On a paid plan, your monthly tokens reset at the start of each calendar month — not on your billing date — and don't carry over. On Free, the starter tokens are a one-time grant and never refill. Tokens from a top-up pack never expire, and they're only spent once your plan tokens run out. Check the split on the wallet card in settings.
Can I buy more tokens?
Top-up packs are 150 for ₪13, 400 for ₪29, and 1,000 for ₪61, and they never expire. Buying one needs an active paid subscription, and pack tokens are spent only after your monthly ones. Packs are on the wallet card in settings. Open settings to buy one.
What does each AI tool cost?
AI action costs: ATS analysis (2), writing improvements (1), custom AI requests (2), text formatting (1), skill-gap checks (1), AI build or PDF import (3), LinkedIn import (3), tailoring to a job (3), Recruiter Simulator (3), CV Revolution (5), application package (6), and Dun's 100 daily refresh (200). Manual edits, templates and exports stay free.
What are the limits on my plan?
Saved resumes per plan: Free 1, Pro 15, Pro Plus 50, Ultra unlimited. The cap applies when you create one, never to edits. Delete one from your dashboard if you're at the cap.
Is there a free trial?
There's no trial, because Free isn't a countdown — it stays free for as long as you want it, with 10 one-time tokens (they never refill) and 1 saved resumes. Build on it, and upgrade only if you need more.
What is Resume-to-Job Bridge?
The Resume-to-Job Bridge needs Pro Plus or above. In the editor it charges per step: 1 token to analyse the gap and 3 for each rewrite. A full application package from a Dun's 100 match is one 6-token reservation. Open a Dun's 100 match to start a package.
What is Dun's 100 Job Match?
Dun's 100 Job Match needs Pro Plus or above, and one refresh per calendar day costs 200 tokens. The limit is the daily slot, not your balance; a run that fails on our side refunds the tokens and reopens the slot. Open Dun's 100 Job Match to see today's matches.
What is the Recruiter Simulator?
The Recruiter Simulator needs Pro Plus or above and costs 3 tokens a run. It reads your resume the way a recruiter skims it and tells you what lands. It's in the AI tools panel of the editor. Open a resume and run it from there.
Why did my ATS report go out of date?
A report saved before a scoring update shows no score, and one is flagged out of date when either your inputs or our scoring changed since. A fresh run costs 2 tokens. Both appear on the report itself, in the ATS tab. Run the analysis again when you're ready.
Why does my Word file look different?
Word exports were rebuilt. Bullets are real Word lists, skills no longer split across a page break, sections keep the order you see in the preview, and formatting tags are converted instead of dumped into the file. If your download looked wrong, export it again to get the rebuilt version.
What happens to my data?
Your resumes are private to your account. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with employers; nothing is sent anywhere until you export or apply. You can delete a resume, or your whole account, yourself — and if you'd rather we did it, tell me and I'll pass it on.
